Dbrand support isn't working, so here's what I was going to send
This is copied directly from the support message I tried to send, yet for some reason, their support just refuses to send my message. It loads, then just doesn't send the message, no matter what I changed. I'm not happy in the slightest.

Hello. I bought a case from you guys I believe a year ago (Could be wrong, honestly it was probably more of 10-9 months), a Samsung S24+ case, specifically. I grew to love that case a lot, as I loved the skin I chose, and the texture of the case made it feel secure.
However, recently there was an issue. I had a hair somehow get under the case, so I removed the case to get the hair out, and clean the case as well. After I put the case back on, I noticed that the case felt off. Every time I put it in my pocket, and took the phone out, the case, specifically the part about the charging port, would be loose. I thought it was general wear and tear and ignored it. But the more I used my phone as usual, and the more I pressed the rubber back into place, the worse the case got. Until eventually on one side of the case, the rubber was practically coming off the case itself.
I'm devastated, as I truly loved the case, but due to the price of said case, I didn't want to just toss it. Is there anything I can do to repair it?

I did follow the How To video on how to remove the case, and how to put it back on.
Anyone got any tips on what to do? Should I just cut my losses and get a case from somewhere else? Since the case was pretty pricey I'd like to try to repair it if that's even possible, which in that case, anyone got any tips on how to do that?
Below are the images I was sending, showing how the case got damaged.
