So I lost the kickstand to my dbrand Killswitch case a while back, and found there was no way to purchase just the kickstand replacement, so I sent a support message.

Not only were they entertaining in their replies and were able to send out a replacement for free (plus shipping), but to my surprise, they ended up sending me an entire new case, plus another set of the skin I had bought from them previously! A++ company, both their products and support.

Just want to shout out the robots.

12 minutes after sending a report about my case that broke, a replacement one was being organized.

Just got a new Case for my Phone and also got an QR Code with an Discount off 10% when you buy a Ghost Case

I’ve tried everything but the one part keeps peeling up. Yes, I’ve tried a hair dryer and it just won’t stay.

I received my phone case yesterday after waiting quite a while for it to be delivered to Vietnam. I was really excited to finally get it, but after installing it, I noticed visible gaps on both the left and right sides. Because of the gaps, you can clearly see the silver edges of my iPhone (see attached photo).
I checked YouTube reviews and photos from other users with the same case, and theirs fits perfectly with no gaps at all. Mine doesn’t sit flush against the phone, which makes me think I may have received a defective unit or one with a quality control issue.
Imagine waiting weeks for international shipping to Vietnam only to end up with a case that doesn’t fit correctly. It’s honestly frustrating.
Has anyone else experienced this with the same case? Is this normal, or should I contact the seller and request a replacement?

I was skeptical of the free cards when I ordered my case. Usually free things are not quality. But WOW. I was shocked when I got them. Every other deck of cards I have had were sticky and never shuffled well, but dbrand's cards, with their silky air-cushioned texture and oiled finish, glided through my hands when I read and shuffled them. The robot theme matched the violence that me and my friends get into whenever we play lol. And the case. Every playing cards set I have has a cheap cardboard, more like paper, box that disintegrates like after a month. But the robot cards's case has magnets. MAGNETS. Not even Samsung puts magnets in their phones, yet dbrand puts them in a case for a deck of cards. I cannot tell you enough how happy I was when I realized my cards would be easy to put in and take out, and that the case would secure them enough as to where they would not fall out. Thank you dbrand for the cards. You guys are my go to company when it comes to cases, screen protectors, and now playing cards.

I’ve only ever ordered from Dbrand a couple of times and every product I have I’ve enjoyed a lot! I saw on a YouTube video you can request little hand drawn photos with your order and the bots did not disappoint lol.

In the US. Ordered on the 23rd of June. Shipping label created on 24th. Are the killswitch cases built to order?

I got a Dbrand case for my Pixel 9 Pro fold, I've loved it and its been great, but after like 4-5 months of use the hinge protector ended up breaking off

I'm a mechanic, and this thing absorbs everything. I've tried washing it several times with soap and water to no avail. I should've seen this coming, so now I'm switching to a black skin.

I recently got a new Z Fold 5, and decided to get the best case for it. ngl it makes the folding mechanism feel even more premium than it used to feel.

I've never seen a screen protector not fully cover the screen before. The left edge is barely covering the screen, and the right isn't fully covering. I used a flolab screen protector before this and it fully covered edge to edge. This is a galaxy s24 ultra.

Not sure if dbrand is advertising this - but the Stick Grips from the OLED Steam Deck also perfectly work on the controller - really recommended!

Ordered a Ghost 2.0 case and a Prism. I didn't want to give Best Buy money, but I'd have had it by now if I'd ordered it from them. I know 99.9% of online retailers will claim an item has been shipped once the label has been generated, but it's still a really deceptive shitty practice.

Seems like they are definitely not supporting something like the MSI Claw 8 AI+ due to insufficient demand.

What do you think is next for the Killswitch line? In a perfect world, every flagship handheld would have a Killswitch option. They are incredible cases! However, I recognize that is not practical and I’m left wondering what device will receive a Killswitch next, should the line continue.
