Dang ole earworm man, need some dang ole help, head ain’t right man.

Yup! It happened to me gang I was rewatching some of the early season episodes I love because on a rewatch I started to get to the later let’s say less than great episodes and I’m a beer can named desire I head the dauterive family play an accordion. Now that that’s stuck in my head I was just wondering if anyone could tell me what Gilbert (Jill-bear) was playing. From what I can tell it was intended to be Scott Joplins maple leaf rag but anytime I hear the original version it sounds lacking in certain ways. Is this the right song and they just took some musical liberties with how it was played on the squeeze box or is it something else. Edit: I got my answer thank you all for the help and the kind and funny words. I had not realized with the accordion sound that this was a folk classic called turkey in the straw it seems to be one of those old American frontier songs that we all grew up hearing one way or another I think I first heard it in Tom and Jerry or looney toons or something or other but that’s neat I listened to it and immediately recognized it. This show never ceases to amaze me that the writers thought to put such a recognizable song on a bayou accordion style! What a show!
