Having somewhat of a brain cramp here! just purchased a 68 mg vial from Pomegranate. If I’m on 7.0, does this mean I have seven weeks worth in that one vile with about 5 mg left over? (68/7mg=7 weeks)

I ordered BPI tirz nearly 4 weeks ago and apparently my order has been sitting there waiting for pick up since April 29. Pomegranate customer service is no help saying that they’re still waiting for an update from their pharmacy team. They will not transfer my call to a supervisor.
I get that BPI is struggling, but is anybody gotten through to pomegranate and gotten any information? The whole part about not letting me speak to a supervisor is unacceptable.
