This is a Molt, right?….

Found it in the water section this morning, hollow eyes and almost no weight with no odor. Google says a molt I just want to be sure. Sorry I’m a beginner and this would be the first molt in my tank.

Are Females Typically more reclusive?

Hello friends! I’ve showed much of my journey with my set up here and I’m happy to say Its been about two weeks since I’ve added my first vampire crabs to my Paludarium. I added one male and one female Halloween vampire crab, my main question however, are female typically more seclusive? I see my Male out and about pretty regularly around sunset and sunrise almost daily however I’ve only seen my female twice since she was added. Is this normal behavior or should I be concerned? Additionally I’ve read online that a group of 3 would function better than just 2, should I add one more female? Thanks as always friends 🤍

Update: 3 weeks later

Lots of progress since I posted 3 weeks ago, I used a lot of the advice you all had given me and I feel my tank is in a profoundly better place now. Still hoping to let my plants grow in a bit more before I add my Crabs but I will be trial running cherry shrimp in about a week. Any further tips would be hugely appreciated and thanks for everyone who commented last time!

Any pointers?

Any pointers for a first timer? I’ve been establishing this tank over the past month or so and I think it coming along nicely, my water just finished its nitrate cycle and is finally in a good place and I’m hoping to add vampires crabs after the plants grow in a bit further though I do think I should add a few more as well. Any tips, critiques or recommendations would be hugely appreciated. Thanks all!

Any Tips for proper set up?

Sorry if my etiquette is wrong, this is my first ever Reddit post lol. I recently began setting up my tank I think I have the ground to water ratio in a good place but was hoping for tips on improving the land portion, more plants, less plants? More elevation? Any tips would be appreciated!
