Hello. I am trying to manually configure cloud fares dns 1.1.1.3 on my iPhone 13 Pro Max to block adult content but it is not working. I tried deleting vpns off my phone but that hasn’t fixed it. Could someone please help me? Anything is appreciated

What does a solid orange and blinking orange light mean on the Ethernet port of my pc? when i test my download speed i still get over 900mbps and when i go to settings and network it says i am connected to Ethernet 1000mbps. if it matters the pc is a dell optiplex 7050
