Things to do in Denver that somehow shouldn’t work but totally do

One thing i’ve realized after living here for a while is that Denver is full of experiences that sound kinda ridiculous on paper but end up being way better than expected

A beer spa was one of those for me

When someone first mentioned soaking in a tub while drinking beer i genuinely thought it sounded like one of those overhyped tourist things people do once for Instagram and never again

This past weekend my girlfriend and i tried something new and it completely caught us off guard in the best way

The whole place had this quiet upscale cabin vibe instead of the gimmicky party atmosphere i imagined

Private suite, infrared sauna, cold drinks, massage chairs and somehow after an hour in there i felt more relaxed than after actual vacations i’ve taken

The funniest part is i almost didn’t book it because the concept sounded too Denver if that makes sense

Now i’m curious what other places around the city fall into that category where the idea sounds questionable at first but the actual experience ends up being amazing
