Women who stayed after discovering serial cheating/paid sex from husband: how did your energy in the relationship change?

Married almost 3 years.
Ever since boyfriend-girlfriend stage pa lang, I never really went through my husband’s phone. Partly because I trusted him, but also because I always had this feeling that if I ever started checking, I’d probably find something painful and it would be hard to stop.
On the eve of our 3rd wedding anniversary, I borrowed his phone because I wanted to play Mobile Legends. That was genuinely all I intended to do.
But for some reason, I felt pushed to check.
Because he was so used to me never invading his privacy, he got complacent. He didn’t get the chance to delete things. He would usually just uninstall apps like Viber and Telegram, then reinstall them when he was at work or away for field work.
That night, I found everything.
I discovered he had been spending money on massage/spa places with extra services, including hand jobs, blow jobs, and sex. Around 3,000 PHP per session on average, plus paying for escorts as well.
What shocked me most was how frequent it was: around 3–4 times a month.
The confusing part is that we’re actually together most of the time. We go to work together, go home together, and do almost everything together, except we work in different offices a short distance apart.
Looking back, our sex life had already changed. I wasn’t initiating much and we weren’t very active sexually. I kept feeling like something was heavy or off in our relationship, but I couldn’t explain it.
Maybe some part of me already sensed something was wrong.
For women who stayed after something like this: How did you change afterward?
Not asking whether I should leave or stay. Assume I stayed.
I’m curious about women who stayed but were never the same again—in a way that changed the marriage dynamic permanently.
Did you become emotionally detached? More independent? Less available? More focused on yourself?
What shifted in you after the betrayal?
How did your husband respond once he realized you were no longer the same wife he took for granted?
