Nearing 15k in my 2024 SC SEL. I want to keep my warranty intact, but I want to do the engine air filter replacement myself because I know it’s not hard and the dealer wants to charge me a ridiculous amount to do it. Where is the best place to buy the filter? I’m seeing a lot of third-party OEM parts sellers online but I can’t tell if they are legit. How do I make sure I don’t void my warranty and have a record of it? Just keep the receipt?

Female PSSD sufferer. I live in an area where it’s extremely hard to get medical appointments. I’m actively trying, but in the next 6 to 8 months while I’m waiting for appointments, I’m looking to explore and understand my potential specific issues and what may be causing my particular flavor of PSSD. Does anyone know if this hormone test would be useful or a waste of money? It’s only $65 and has good reviews. I don’t have a lot of money to spend on this and I need to save enough money as I can for when I visit the actual doctor.

Can anyone recommend an integrative health doctor in Santa Fe who takes insurance or at least does a sliding scale? All I’m finding is wealth= health type doctors who charge $400 an hour and scoff at insurance. I expect nothing less living here, but was just curious if anyone has leads. Specifically somebody who might enjoy helping women solve hormone and neurosteroid issues.

Holding off because I use Visible which is an offshoot of Verizon for both my phone and internet at home. I pay less than $60 a month for both bundled… which is insanely good. I have heard that people who have Verizon or visible end up missing calls and texts. Will Verizon ever support light phone? Or if I really wanted it, I guess I’d have to switch?

I guess this could be a dumb question, like maybe if the answer was known then the problem of PSSD could be solved. But what are the theories about why nipples and genitals go numb? My nips are like 100% numb whereas my genitals are like 75% numb. Nips still get hard when I’m cold or when I sneeze or when touched, but I can’t feel them AT ALL. WHYYYY
