Scanner routinely producing poor results leaving treads accross the digital image.
Using a Kodak Scanner S2070 (S2000 Series) and just got it and it's producing lines of roughly the same colour pixel across multiple pixles per line read.
The best I can describe it is like small treads accross the image. It ends up slightly distorting the image, and I am trying to do prestine scans of my card collection. There is no damage being applied to the object scanned. This scans on both sides, and both sides are experiencing this issue, though non-uniformed images do come out looking better.
This appears at 300dpi and 600dpi. I have cleaned both plates (but have not taken it apart to clean), bit it feels like this is an issue hardware vs just not clean enough?
