Looking for a cover artist for my novel

I’m looking for a cover artist for my science fiction novel. The premise is about a working class woman, Elferi Draron, who works for the time travelling corporation that goes by the name the Institute. When life doesn’t seem to be getting better for her, one day she discovers a letter written by her missing brother. He details that he was one who stole a device of high importance from the Institute and that he will hide in the past. Where, he does not disclose. Not wanting to accept this as their last goodbye, she, along with her friend, Arradon Maxson, journeys across the wasteland and to the inequitable cities ruled by the elite of the One Ruling Class to find her brother. Attached are ideas of what I’m aiming for, but something more cyberpunk mixed with the vibes of Interstellar. Budget is around £300.
