Hecahand Xeno's first effect is pretty rare as it lets you summon (albeit improperly? Question mark?) from your opponent's extra deck. I already know S:P Little Knight ruling.

Since I summoned the monster directly from their extra deck, do I get to use its graveyard effect when it leaves the field? Why or why not? Is this a wording thing regarding certain conditions like if and when, mandatory and optional, and if because it's sent to its owner graveyard why I wouldn't be able to?
