(Seemingly) Mild case - 3 months update
Firstly, thank you everyone for posting your stories. I wish everyone well, and a speedy recovery from this terrifying experience.
Posting some hope for those mildly impacted.

The last 2 weeks seemed to be much better. I barely feel or notice symtpoms anymore. I will start going back to the gym at reduced weights (10-20% of baseline) and do physio.
What has resolved?
- General joint soreness. My joints/ligaments don't feel easily strained anymore
- Cracking 90% gone
What hasn't resolved?
- Joint/ligament strentgh is not yet back to baseline
What can I do?
- Walk 10k/2 hours as if nothing ever happened
- Do 5 lunges/signle leg squats
- Use resistence bands for bicep/tricep exercises
What can't I do?
- Heavy weights
- Running
