Bambi has done this little thing since she was a puppy, she loves rubbing the top her head and back back n forth under your chin or neck lol. Google said they do this to rub and exchange scents.

i just love her little face when she does it though, she puts her ears back, head up and opens her mouth a little bit lol.

I’m not sure why she does this ..

I know I share little bits of Bambi on here but to know Bambi is to know what a very peculiar little dog she is 😂😂.

We were all in the garden at my sisters including Bambis favourite dog in the world (my sisters dog). Bambi was life of the party, going from person to person, sniffing out every nook and cranny of the garden, barking at the various birds etc.

Then out of nowhere, she just takes herself inside and sits on the sofa and watches us out of the window like this lol. That’s when she’s ready to go home 😂😂😂.

She does this at big events too like Christmas etc, she’s all fun and games and then she just gets zapped of energy to socialise and will try and climb under my hoodie or whatever I’m wearing and wants to go home 😂😂😂😂

She’s a true homebody like me lol.

Just greedy lol. To think she wouldn’t even eat steak 6 months ago and now this is her eating another dogs kibble 😭😭!!

Yesterday she went to the chihuahua meet up again so we were unpacking that, feet crossed and all . I didn’t get any photos or videos but she had a nice time. Shes a marker though 🫢😂😂

She lives for the thrill of it after every walk even though she’s only ever seen the squirrel twice. She was EXHILARATED chasing it along the fence 😂🩷 She loves it 🩷 (I keep her harness on so if there are any squirrels they hear her coming as she rattles when she runs lol)

The vet is emailing me a specific personalised diet plan and I’ve got new scales coming from Amazon to weigh her food .. we’re gonna get her right guys 😂😭💕

She went from the fussiest dog that would go on hunger strikes for days to now being a little muncher who finishes every meal. Hence the rapid weight gain.

We wish for warm weather and when it comes it’s just a stress. Been having to take Bambi out at 7-8pm the passed few nights. As it’s too hot otherwise.

Her recall needs works 😂 but she’s never off lead anywhere that’s not enclosed. And she never will be due to other dogs.

Bambi does this a couple of times a day. I’m not sure if it’s just a little burp or acid reflux. I know we’re generally not vets here but wonder if others recognised it. It doesn’t lead to any vomiting but I’m wondering if I should maybe take her to the vet if it is acid reflux before it leads to more serious gastric issues.

Bambi is going to the next Chihuahua meet up so I thought I’d share this from the last one we went to. It kinda breaks my heart a little bit though because she wanted so badly to play with those two little chis and they ignored her 😭😭!!

Also yes that dog did take a 💩 😂😂 Bambi got a whiff of it and look mortified and ran away. 😂

I’ve been seeing many reels etc of vets saying they’re more terrified of a chihuahua patient than most other breeds 😂 and I wondered if that actually rings true in reality??

I have Bambi, she freezes when handled by the vet. Her pupil gets so big and covers the whole of her iris and when I first seen that I said “omg her eyes look black, she looks so different” and the vet said, casually, “yeah, she’s just gone into shock”. 🥴 I felt horrible. Mind you, she was just getting her nails clipped.

Does anyone else have a frozen shocked chihuahua at the vets or do you have the type that the vets fear 😂😂?
