Not "REAL" help just general input. For those who work greens management in great lakes region where season lasts about five to six months, what are you all doing in the off season/winter?
another job? assistant director of golf recommends rutgers 3wk prep program to help launch opportunities into more prestigious reputable courses. Currently I work with a super chill relaxed crew at a municipal course with a very limited budget and we're doing best with can with limited equipment. My goal is to pick up general skills, potentially moving in to a senior, assistant or heads greenskeeper position; i like being out on the course, investigating, cutting greens & fairways, cutting holes, actively taking care of grounds. I do not want to be the guy in the office ensuring my crews get their equipment, chemicals and are doing their jobs appropriately, meeting requirements/deadlines.

Also, what are your thougths on TORO equipment maintenance program? cheers
