I recently had 3” of lift put on my truck. Shortly after I noticed a whining noise when moving backwards, In reverse or neutral.

It goes away generally when I give it some gas (in gear) or turn the wheels.

I’m thinking to start, loosening the parking brake cable.

Any thoughts?
