there is a flaw in akiyama and 15 strat in minority rule
1st of all when fukunaga 15 and 11 wanted to tie and 11 thought fukunaga would try to trick them and win it wasnt possible akiyama voted no and to tie they need 1 no and 2 yes since their deal was to have fukunaga and 11 vote yes and have 15 vote no fukunaga couldn't trick them alone if she vote yes like she said then its a tie and if she vote no and betray 11 then 11 wins so there was no need to give their vote to 15 since a betrayal wasn't possible it would only be possible if fukunaga was allied with 15 and told 11 to vote no , then when they gave their vote to 15 for safety while it doesn't secure anything since a betrayal from 1 person wasn't possible 15 could have just destroy their yes vote like fukunaga did with akiyama's vote so then they are forced to vote no with akiyama and 15 can vote yes alone taking all the money for him(he had a contract with akiyama so he couldn't do it but they didn't know it) so basically giving their votes to 15 for safety while they are both supposed to vote yes and 15 is supposed to vote no is just useless because even if they wanted to betray they couldn't and 15 can destroy their votes and force them to vote no
