Living above leasing office?
Does anyone have experience with this? I normally would never pick an apartment near the leasing office, but I just signed a lease for a 3rd floor apartment that is directly above the 2 story leasing office. I think the pro’s are that I will technically have no downstairs neighbors and I’m very close to all the amenities.
I’m a little nervous though because I do occasionally smoke weed, maybe like a hit or two in the evenings a few times in the week or on the weekend. Definitely not a chronic stoner though. Am I overthinking it or did I actually mess up signing this lease?
Any experience or advice would be helpful!
