Everettian Many World's Interpretation

Its my first time posting here, so if I am in the wrong place let me know! I really got into understanding the many worlds interpretation by hugh everett iii. I decided to order these books: The Fabric of the Cosmos by Brian Greene, The Elegant Universe (1999), Parallel Worlds by Michio Kaku, Something Deeply Hidden: Quantum Worlds and the Emergence of Spacetime. After sifting through a lot of stuff on youtube and just reading from theoretical physicists it kinda just clicks I suppose. Did any of you read these books and find them super useful? Also I enjoyed watching the tv show dark matter and started the OA. Looking for other people I suppose that are like minded!

New, yet an always longing mystic.

This is my first post here and I hope my words get understood. Over the last few years, I had begun a shedding of "self." I scoured philosophy, religions and tons of exploration into various branches of science and came to a dark place. During that time I was diagnosed with a failed organ and making matters worse, things which I thought were a solace I couldn't partake in as my body couldn't do them anymore. The doctors couldn't diagnose what it was till it had been 6 months of agony, but in that agony I found something in me that I knew I wanted to seek more. I had read the Bible front through back twice and the churches never satisfied my desire of that longing. It was in longing I ran into the mystics and I was always aware of them, but recently I feel at home. I haven't been to church or temples in years and recently ordered a copy of Bernard McGinn’s The Essential Writings of Christian Mysticism and Mystical Paths to God: Three Journeys. I am hoping to glean many deeper concepts and with now a new sense of understanding. Hope I am in the right community and possibly I am looking for a sense of fellowship and belonging as well.

Gallblader removal next week!

So as the title says, I am having mine removed next week after beingnosed with biliary dyskinesia. My gallblader is functioning at 33% and I just recently after the HIDA scan started having attacks. I started with GERD symptoms 6.5 months ago and they initially thought I had a hiatal hernia, but after barium swallow and manometry didn't show the hernia, only the endoscopy did. Has anyone have that happen to them? Also any advice other than keeping a clean diet? I havent been able to really eat much of anything unless its clean and maybe tolerate a little vodka mixed with ton of water. Is there anything in the meanwhile I can do for some normalcy? Has anyone had theirs removed recently and how has that been for you? Thanks for reading all this!
