Cant stop thinking about caffeine's effect on the nervous system

Its crazy how much talk there is about anxiety, nervous system regulation, etc. but no one seems to tie it to caffeine.

Trying to fix your nervous system while continuing to drink coffee seems so crazy to me now.

Caffeine doesn't seem to show up on people's radars.

This feels impossible for me unless I cut out caffeine

When I'm off caffeine, all of my bad habits, PMO, overeating, smoking, etc. are so much easier to deal with. It's almost effortless.

When I drink caffeine and eventually crash, thats when the urges are the most powerful.

Can anyone relate?
