Same as the title !!!

I selected my document verification in FC

after verification i can see two different things on my ID

1. Verification still pending at FC ( is shows when i click on technical education under the title of MASTER OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION)

2. But when I login on application form there it shows the my form is unlocked and my documents verification confirmed by FC

So what should I do ?
