Essentially, I am looking for a mod that gives you general perks for having a university degree even if you enter a job not related to your field. For example, if you do a communications degree and enter the business career - I'd want that sim to have a general career or salary boost compared to a sim who walked off the street with no degree at all. Of course the sim with the business degree who enters the business career should get the biggest boost, but I think it's silly they are the ONLY ones who get a boost.
