Workhorse VS Tyre wedge 719 for WORK

Hey mates, I am between the workhorse and the 719 wedge for a second work boot for home improvement carpentry/construction. I do already own a pair of rugged African troopers but I want a second 6 in boot.

I initially wanted to get something a little lighter and cooler for the summer and something that would dry out easier so I was considering the workhorse but I am a little worried about thrashing them.

The 719 seems like it would be more durable and protective with the double last but then I would assume it would be much hotter.

And suggestions and opinions would be appreciated especially if anyone has and experience doing any king of construction or similar work in either.
