I stared using a menstrual cup 5 days ago for my periods and I’ve been smelling it out of curiosity, the first 2-3 days it smelled like nothing, but on the fourth day it smelled bad and today it genuinely smelled like vomit. I’ve been wondering if it’s due to the changes in my diet as I ran out of my vegetables and eggs, or if I should get checked out. Has anyone experienced this before that can give me some advice? Thank you.
