Does HH end today? If so, how long am I able to work on it (cutoff time)? Newbie here

I am so lost about the timer and tasks. Got invited to Project HH and I see several tasks to work on. First question: Can I work on any one of the tasks listed or a certain one? Second, I selected one but the timer said only 10 mins but the instruction video is just as long. How does the timer work? Should I watch the instruction video first and then start timer? Does the timer restart over once you get to the task? Im sorry to bombard with so many questions but I have no clear instructions. FYI -It appears to be like 20 tasks under there.

I applied for a generalist and I got to work on Project O vwry briefly before it was temporarily paused but have been trying to apply to get on MM. What position do I look for to apply?
