It doesn't feel like I'm even the lead anymore on any account my co-lead services. I'm always stuck fixing his random merching. Even when I try to communicate with him and guide him on what I'd like the store to look like he just does whatever he wants. Took pictures. Even had a 1W1where it was obvious he could care less about rotation and DSL had no guidance for me. This route is capable of making good money but this jackhole does not want it. Once you have this job nothing short of quitting gets you fired.
