My dad is a settled EU citizen in Scotland, what would be the best course of action if I were to move to him?

Hello everyone! I'm at a point in my life when I should be doing something with it, but I keep on having problems settling down because... because. lol

Anyway, I'm (20F, EU citizen) currently on an ETA visiting my dad, who has a settled status. From what I understand, I can obtain a pre-settled status fairly easily from what I read. My only question is: if I were to study in a university over here, how much would I be paying?

I've lived in Scotland before as a child. I could've gotten a settled status by then. However, due to family problems, I left the country. I think this time period was around 2012-2017.

Visa question for travelling with a US residency

Hello everyone! Im asking for a friend. If they happen to be a citizen of Iraq and also have a residency in the US, do they need a visa? Or would they have the same 1 year visa free access like US citizens?

Am I allergic to the dog?

Hello there! I have a somewhat interesting question. Today, our doggo had surgery, where they took out benign lumps and removed all of his teeth due to an infection that started spreading everywhere. Thus, there is a fair bit of blood involved. I've been having a distinct scratchy throat ever since he came back, and I've started to wonder: is it possible to have an allergy specifically to a dog's blood and not their skin and saliva. I do have a birch allergy, but it the scratchy feeling has been gone for 5 days until today. After I left the room, I started to feel better within 10 minutes. Although, I did take an antihistamine when I came in.
