We’re only a month into the rollout but corporate should pull the plug and start over.

I had high hopes after the success of the mentorship program that rolled out earlier this year. But woof, this is a colossal waste of time and money.

You know what I was hoping to get? A good way to network with other employees. You know what I don’t care about? The program leaders.

Also, to the leaders, one in particular. If you didn’t pursue a degree at a certain school, maybe don’t use that school’s logo to represent your educational background.
