5 to 5.5m net worth.

With about $2.6 million in equity real estate.

400 to 450k a year combined annual income.

15-year with less than $150k loan @2.75 (5 years remaining).

15-year with 400k loan @4.5 (6 years remaining).

15-year, $550k loan at 5.375% interest, paying an extra $2k per month towards equity. There are 14 years left on the loan, but less than 9 years if I maintain the same payment.

Hcol area. One real estate property is a house we plan to retire to. One is our current home and a third is my business.

Wondering if I should keep making the higher payment on my highest interest rate loan. Or is there a different strategy I should think about?

Wife will get a pension @ 55. Maxes around 60yo.

Youngest child has 7 more years till college.

Please never do that again Marshawn

I get these dudes are athletic as heck and having fun, but why do they do the backflips? Scares the heck out of me every time I see it.
