Mal says she does this all for the community and customers, but that’s the biggest lie. She does it for herself. If she actually cared about her customer base she’d actually take the feedback and do good with the information. Instead she continues to change materials, give you products that stink and don’t clean/last very well. Just to name a couple.

But imagine the difference you’d feel if you were opening up a box like these influencers are (who get them for free) vs the shipping bags? Like it’d actually feel like someone gave a crap that you placed an order. If they wrapped it up with a company logo sticker.

But, if you can’t tell Mal knows little about marketing, and definitely cuts corners. I guess she can get away with it if people keep buying, but I wish that I could tell all of them they deserve better. This is a small business (not Nordstrom or Target shipping their order).

I swear Mal is obsessed with her boobs, because she never buttons the top button and is always fiddling with it. Why else? Her fidgeting with the top button is so annoying. She is definitely trying to draw attention to it.
