Passed test in march, applied immediately. Application has been stuck in ‘processing’ for weeks, called and emailed SEVERAL times, default response (“it’s in process, we’ll leave a note on the app”) every time.

Only this last rep I called two days ago was able to tell me what was happening, apparently someone’s gone and assigned my certificate of comp. to another driver! They (NDLS) said it’s RSA that needs to fix, and to give it a few hours or a day. Lol.

Whole process is so opaque, no office to visit, nothing to do but wait for this to play out? I can’t even be mad because it’s not productive. Just a bitter taste in my mouth.

12 lessons and 5 pretests, two attempts, €1400 spent, waited almost a year for test, and this is what I get.
