iOS App review exchange - I see so many good and bad apps: lets exchange honest feedback on each others app

Just launched my app ("Remember - Life Journal" App - to track my favourite places and activities on a map and journal-style); but i am missing app reviews but more importantly honest feedback on my app (I have good conversion, but bad app retention).

When seeing here at reddit many indie Apps, i see good and bad examples:

- some apps: I immediatly love them and get thrilled using them

- some other apps: I am immediately frustrated during onboarding (way too many onboarding screens) or even wasnt able to complete onboarding .. i felt sorry.

Therefore, please reach out to me (via comment or DM), if you want to exchange app review and honest feedback to each other apps to learn and improve and make our apps better!

Happy to hear about your thoughts about testing other apps in this reddit channel.

I am frustrated: High conversion rate, but nearly 99% user drop-off after 1 day app installation [App is about tracking/remembering your favourite places or activities]. What did I do wrong? Any suggestions are welcome!

Dear Redditors, i am frustrated, that my app has a nice conversion rate of ~10% (see snapshot) and the app is serving an interesting niche market:

With the app you can track and remember your favorite places you have visited (e.g. great restaurants or bars, places) or track your past activities (e.g. visiting sport events or doing sports).

I wonder, why the retention rate is so terrible (nearly 0%) and users are dropping off and i have no clue, why this is:

- wrong onboarding?

- essential wrong expectation management, bad topic? or

- Wrong screenshots?

Any help or suggestion is welcome, as I am a little bit lost and disappointed.

Dear Reddit Community! I have developed the above app "remember - life journal", to track my favourite locations, but also activities in my personal map to remember, what I have done, at which place.

My question:

- can you please help me, checking above stats and comment, if the numbers ok for the first 2 weeks, or what can I do to further improve?

- What about the conversion rate?

- what do you think about my apple screens?

I do not know why the download numbers went down again.
