second SAP appeal. serious life events

Hello, I am an upcoming 3rd year student and wanted to make a post to ask for advice. At the end of my second semester (dorms) I received a SAP notification saying I wasn't qualifying for academic standards anymore. I then went through with the appropriate process providing documentation from my therapist to verify my issues and was approved.

During that summer I worked toward fixing my mental health issues. I then came back my second year living at off campus apartments I maintained good academic standing for the first semester. >!At the begging of the second semester I faced a serious sexual assault which greatly decremented my mental health, I have not proceeded with pressing charges as I don't know the persons full name or social media I know having something like that documented would likely work well on a SAP form. All I can provide is a note from my therapist saying I've had issues and they're no longer and my personal testimony in the essay they have you provide in the form. !<

I was just wondering if anyone else has been in a similar situation? How likely am I to get approved again on my second SAP appeal, and I'm not sure if they'll take such serious claims with little documentation seriously? I've also begun working with a social worker from campus to try to get a medical leave of absence but I don't know if getting one so late is possible, or if it'd undo the SAP restrictions.
