I tend to have a lot of annotations! This is the scorecard you can buy at the team stores for $1+tax. I'm using the erasable pens from frixion per a suggestion from someone here. Horizontal colored lines at the top of a box are pitcher switches; the legend is on the opposing team's pitcher list with the color above the player's name. Pinch hitters or runners are denoted with a colored vertical line when they came into the game. I did most of the scoring at the stadium except for a few things I needed to look up, and then did the stats from home.

I'm still learning so I had to make some edits after the game was over. I think I'm missing at least one notation for a sac and I stopped keeping count of pitches thrown. If you see any errors, let me know!
