I have 12 years of experience and currently done with all rounds.
How much hike percentage can i expect from my current package ?
Also i have seem openings for both Sr Lead Software Engineer and Lead Software Engineer but the HR told me that for this org, they don’t have any position called Sr Lead. It’s 603 band. That’s all.
Can someone at JP share more info regarding this ?
