Honest advice on going enlisted to officer

Hey,

I'm 22 years old, and I have a year of my college degree left in EE/Physics. I know that I want to join the Navy regardless, I'm just having a hard time picking what the best option is between going enlisted active duty or just staying put and applying to OCS straight after graduating. Recruiters on both ends, the enlisted and officer sides say that either side is lying to me just to get numbers, so I dont know who to trust. I want a change and to make money and I'm okay with having my graduation date pushed back a couple of years because of A school and boot camp. I just want to know if the path from enlisted to officer is likely to happen. I read somewhere that the odds of being selected are 3-5%. I also want to point out that i cannot do the rest of my degree online due to engineering being a very hands on degree. Give me your very real and honest advice and is the path from enlisted to officer harder than people make it out to be? My recuiter also said that I can go back to school 4 months after A school, is that true?
