I have no idea what that sound is or what I should be looking for. The hissing eventually goes away when I’m driving (or I just stop hearing it). I’m also getting some small little hiccups occasionally at low idle sitting at a light. All this makes me think vacuum something but I have no clue.

After sanding down some ground points to get to bare metal I finally got it started. The idle seems pretty high though along with some slight weird hiccuping. But my biggest concern is a hissing noise that I’m hearing. It sound ms like it’s coming from the air intake or near there somewhere

Why are these running from the body back to the body. Should these be grounding something?
