NPD: Ranga Markandeya

The Ranga Markandeya <M> arrived today and I filled it with Krishna’s Voyage to India Ink and it’s amazing.

I am trying this ink for the first time (already tried Krishna’s Plum and Smokey olive). I write a lot of notes in classmate pulse notebook and voyage to India is ghosting and transferring to the next page (the only ink that works with <M> Jowo in pulse notebook is the good old Bril’s Royal Blue).

Any suggestions for any other cheap or similar range (Krishna) ink that I can try and would also work with <M> nibs and not ghost to next page.

Where can I buy Zowo Nibs ?

Hi,

I had a fountain pen with jowo nib #6 in <F> . My <F>pen rolled over and fell on its nib. I tweaked it; but it’s still scratchy and it’s still not very flowy and skips a lot. Even though replaced it with kanwrite (zowo compatible) <M> now I feel like I need more thicker stroke. So I bought Ranga model 4 with Zowo <M> and it’s butter…. Chefs kiss (exactly what I wanted for long note taking sessions )

Thinking of replacing my zowo <F> with another zowo <M>. Where can I buy zowo nibs ?

I saw in penworld website- but it’s out of stock.

Where else can I order only the nib other than kanwrite’s ?

Anyone bought anything from unboxJapan Amazon seller

Planning to buy pilot kakuno <M> on amazon coz <M> out of stock on most of the places from where I usually shop. But the seller unboxJapan has only 33% positive reviews. Feeling sceptical about them.

Anyone bought anything from them before ? How was your experience with them? Did they deliver properly on time ? Was there any issues ? Let me know. Thanks
