IMO 600+ year time jump is a bad idea. A big part of what makes ME universe so appealing to me is that it’s only like 100-150 years from our time and that is also what makes it stand out amongst other sci-fi franchises. I want to see a direct aftermath of the reaper war be it as Shepard or a new MC(although I’d prefer Shepard). I think it’s very easy to bring Shepard back even with a time jump because of the Lazarus project he is not a normal human and his longer life span can easily be explained using it. Having Andromeda being set in a completely different galaxy with new character was fine for me. I liked the game. But for Milky Way I want to see an aftermath.

Playing as Portugal and my vassal Granada declared independence war supported by Sweden and Denmark(I have no idea why would they do that) and after I wipe their stack they become instantly independent, leave the war and Sweden becomes the war leader. Is it a bug?

In earlier patches I had no issue playing as Portugal. I was easily able to explore 2 regions at a time early game and fight wars and could recover easily after the plague but now after the plague I don’t see a way to recover I’m always in the red and even if I destroy every castle remove all the regulars and ships I’m still in the red because I lost like 400k pops and monthly growth is like 500 pops per month and my trade income on auto is less than 1 gold early game. I remember Faz being a very profitable market but now I’m not getting any money from it. My vassals also seem to not pay me anything. I have Granada as a Vassal and Seville, Cordoba and Huelva regions as one fiefdom but I get no difference in income if they are at 0 loyalty or 80 it’s totally the same. I feel like they completely messed up the economy and controlling a market early game gives you almost 0 benefit. Buildings also cost way too much to maintain. I don’t even have that many buildings and my building expenses take like half of my income.
