Are there any places in Ras Al Khaimah near the mountains where I can get a fully furnished studio or 1 BHK for rent under 30K AED yearly.
Basic amenities and gym at a walking distance because I won’t have a car. Property finder, bayut, dubizzle, etc. hardly have any options. Also, does it make sense to move there instead of the usual Al Hamra/Mina/RAK city, etc.? I am okay with a quiet and not many places to go to sort of a setup as long as I have a gym and good internet!

Searching for place to rent (studio or anything bigger than 450 sq ft). Peaceful, basic amenities nearby, furnished, with a balcony, preferably with a gym within a building or nearby, running/walking track nearby preferred, diverse/balanced community, under 30K AED yearly - can be extended a bit if the property and location is good.
Tried searching on property finder, etc but mostly listings are of Al Marjan/Al Hamra etc. which I have heard has ongoing construction.
So any suggestions for the place, locality, building, etc or where to search would really be appreciated!
