I've joined several Discord groups, and I can't help but feel they are either incredibly strict and transactional, an unorganized mess with over a thousand channels, or just a bunch of 'bros' who are closed-minded to anything outside their niche.

I'd love some recommendations regarding writing groups! Preferably +18/+21
