Hi so I have this super rude lead and I have to walk on eggshells and she’s so short with me and snappy and just gets mad if I ask valid questions and like I’m dumb for not knowing or let alone asking. This certain zone I always get scheduled with her as my lead time it’s not the task I hate but it’s torture working with her yet I’m conveniently always scheduled with her as my lead. I try to be nice and do my job but she’s making it really hard for me to perform as good. Should I go to management or hr ab this? Others dislike her for this reason.
