Looking for a cashback card to replace HDFC Millennia — SBI Cashback or better alternatives?

I'm looking for advice on optimizing my credit-card setup.
Current CIBIL: ~780+
Age: 30
Monthly Income & Employment: ₹77000
Monthly Expenses & Spending: ~₹50,000 on credit cards

Current Cards & Limits:

  • HDFC Millennia: ₹3,20,000
  • Amazon Pay ICICI: ₹2,90,000
  • Scapia Federal: ₹77,000
  • Jupiter Edge+: ₹30,000
  • Slice: ₹1,15,000

Top Monthly Spend Categories

  1. Amazon
  2. D-Mart / supermarkets
  3. Swiggy / Zomato / dining
  4. Online shopping
  5. Offline shopping / Zudio

Top Annual Spend Categories

Similar pattern, with total card spends around ₹5–6L annually.

Current Situation

I have an LTF upgrade offer from HDFC Millennia → Regalia Gold. I'm considering taking the upgrade for the premium/travel benefits, but then I would lose Millennia's cashback structure.

I applied for HSBC Live+ twice because its cashback categories fit my spending very well, but both applications were rejected. The actual issue was employment/salary verification because my SBI salary-credit narration only shows my own name and not the employer name/Salary.

So I'm now looking for a good cashback replacement for Millennia.

My current first choice is SBI Cashback, partly because my salary account is with SBI, although I'm not sure whether having an SBI salary account actually improves approval chances.

Preferences

Reward Preference: Cashback > reward points
Lounge Access: Not required from this card (I have Scapia and may take Regalia Gold LTF)
Travel: Already covered by Scapia
Other Needs: Strong returns on general online + offline day-to-day spending, with minimal reward optimization/complexity.

I'm considering SBI Cashback, but I'm open to better alternatives.

What would you recommend for my profile? Is SBI Cashback still the best option, or is there another cashback card I should target?
