qt relevant programs in the usa for majors

pretty much the title, did my undergrad in cs and want to become a qt hopefully. i’ve tried surfing through quant net but couldn’t get a concrete answer. would love to hear what people here think about unis and programs that are known for placing new grads in qt roles

Sore throat due to acid reflux need help

A bit of context, for the past 4 years i have been dealing with throat issues. for the first 2 years a doc would prescribe antibiotics, throat felt better after a day and that was the end of it. it was always a 7 day course, and was happening every month. after going through a lot, got a tonsillectomy thinking now it would be better.
and it was but not for long. the issues came back but this time the pain and everything related was of much lesser intensity.
now i stopped going to my doc because i heard max 2-4 cycles of antibiotics are recommended FOR A YEAR. i had been on 12 for the past two.
he also led me to omez 40, a medicine for gerd i suppose and i had never felt better. everything within just felt better. now in the past 6-8 months this thing has happened like 4 times and i’ve stopped going to the doc. i take the omez 40 and a painkiller and within a few days my throat is fine. this was a huge achievement for me personally, not relying on antibiotics.
now i don’t want to overdo ppis but im not getting better without them. the antibiotics probably fucked my gut which is the reason i have to take ppis. i will be going to a different doc specifically for this but id love some advice from people who have been through this. any hard restrictions that helped you’ll case? anything at all
thanks a lot for reading so much

Graduating in a few months from a tier 3 college in cs. if i get in the top 10-15 quant related programmes in the usa will i be able to break into this field? my goal is to become a trader but i definitely wouldn’t mind a quant dev job to start off with. anyone who’s been through this route? or any suggestions at all? thanks a lot
