Separated federal employee and looking for what to do with FERS Pension

I’m 43 years old and currently in the hiring process for another federal agency but not yet an employee. I have 13 years contributing into FERS. Since I’m obviously not at the MRA yet would it be wise to just rollover the FERS into a Roth IRA if I don’t get the federal position or should I leave it alone?

Insane card run in the main event for the grinder

Is anyone watching this day 3 main event? Unreal run of cards by Michael Mizrachi. A blind ape could play those cards and win with them. Is he worshiping a higher power we don’t know about? Wish I could be that lucky.

Anyone else feel like they want to die like every day?

I know I’m not the only one but just wanted to get it off my chest. I know there’s a lot of beauty in this world but there’s also a lot of superficial and pretentiousness in our everyday lives that gets old when you’ve been on this earth quite a while(43 year old male). Nothing makes me happy anymore. I’ve been having suicidal ideation for quite some time now and can’t really shake it. I have a home and a woman who loves me. Recently quit my horrible job back in April and having a rough time finding a new one. I go to the gym now and I try to do things to keep busy but it’s always in the back of mind. I’m in Southern California so we have great weather. Yes I’m a Christian and I try to stay positive about things but man this crap just gets worse as the years go by. I’ve done a couple therapy sessions in the past but they really didn’t do much for me personally. Anyone have any suggestions or ideas other than medication? Don’t want to go back on them.

Just quit my TSA job of 11 years today..gave my badge and everything to my supervisor. I wish all of you the best that have chosen to stick it out under these circumstances. I can now get my mental and physical health back to where it used to be.
