Hi everyone, I just got my first beta hCG back at 142.7 mIU/mL. I’m currently around CD32 (last period April 6, usually get my period around CD30, unknown DPO because I didn’t track ovulation this cycle).

Does this beta level sound within a normal range for how early I am? My urine tests are still faint but clearly positive now.

Hi everyone.

I’m 29 and have had lupus since I was 17. The first 5–6 years were very active with different symptoms/diagnoses, but I’ve been in remission since around 2017/2018.

I just got a positive beta hCG, so I’m pregnant — very early (this was planned). For the last ~5 years I’ve been taking:
Calcort 6 mg
Plaquenil 200 mg
Vitamin D3

And for the last 2 months I was advised to take:
Aspirin 100 mg
to help with conception.

My rheumatologist is in another country and had told me to visit ASAP once I knew I was pregnant. But since this is still extremely early pregnancy, I’m wondering if it makes more sense to:

- first see a local gynecologist / repeat beta hCG
- then arrange travel to my rheumatologist

Would really appreciate hearing from anyone with lupus who has gone through early pregnancy management.

Thank you!

CD32, usually get my period around CD30, unknown DPO because I didn’t track ovulation this cycle. This was taken with FMU and read at 4 minutes — does this look like an early positive, and would you keep testing or already get a beta hCG?

Hi everyone, I need help interpreting a test because I’m really confused.
I am on CD31 (last period was April 6). I took a home pregnancy test this evening. I followed the instructions, but I only checked the result about nearly 10 minutes later because I got busy.
There is a very faint line, but I’m not sure if it appeared within the reading window or after it dried.

Some background:
Cycle day: 31
No period yet
Took test in the evening (not first morning urine)
Last urination was about 2 hours before testing, and I didn’t drink anything after that
I also did ovulation tests for fun the past 2 days because I was feeling “off/funny” and wanted to see if I might be ovulating late.
Both ovulation tests looked “positive” (not blazing dark, but clearly darker/redder than what I usually see during my actual ovulation tracking in past cycles), which confused me even more.
I’m unsure if this faint line is an evaporation line or a true early positive.

I’m planning to retest in the morning, but wanted to get it out of the system 😂
