Does anyone know if dalinar stopped hanging deserters?

One of my least favorite dalinar moments(there's a lot) is when shallan asked him to pardon her slaves and former soldiers, dalinar agreed and said "I hate having to hang good soldiers" so yeah that's my question is there a line in oathbringer that I might've missed, I've only read it once

need help fantasy adventure series with a lone wolf protagonist that stays a lone wolf the entire time with no permanent or Long term relationships.

Hello y'all it's as the title says I'm in desperate need of a book series with a protagonist who starts out as lone wolf but unlike everything I've been able to find doesn't pivot into a found family story where the protagonist forms a band of misfits or finds a partner of the opposite sex that's going to be romantic relationship.

Or worst of all for me where the protagonist is constantly having these internal thoughts about how lonely and lone they are but in reality they're part of a family or community that interacts with and cares for them.

y'all know what I'm talking about you start a new series the MC gets flunged into a new setting and has to figure everything out, MC goes dungeon delving gains new classes and godlike powers goes to new places the whole shaboing.

But as the setting expands and we're introduced to more characters the mcs always decide that they're extremely lonely and what they actually need isn't to explore this new world and all the other worlds they now have access to or the delve new dungeons and fight new monsters no the most fulfilling thing is to make a family and find found friends/family and then expound in excruciating details how important and cool said new found family members are.

What I'm asking for if it exists is a series where the focus is a solo/mostlysolo adventuring and action series that doesn't pivot into civilization building or found family story or if it has too but it doesn't focus on those aspects too much . Imagine victor of Tuscon but victor is asexual and completely comfortable with being alone. I'm joking about him being asexual kinda but imagine if there wasn't a relationship argument every 3 chapters or Victor finding a new group of people to bond and be a family with.

I know this might sound psychotic lol but it's all just so predictable and meandering and trite to me not saying there's anything wrong with found family or the constant romantic and social pining it's human nature just tired of it personally

. books I've already that almost matched exactly what I'm looking for includes: victor of Tuscon, path of dragons, a soldiers life, azarinth healer is basically what I'm looking for if the world building was better and the setting more variried, cyberdreams

Calamitous bob, magic eater, fleabag, drone rising bunny girl evolution, Tower of somnus, blair, apocalypse assassin skyclad, jester of opacalypse and some others
