Hi! So for a little bit of context.
I'm in first year of university right now (18yo) and i played volleyball in a club for 1 and a half year during second and third year of high school (i sprained my wrist really bad and then kinda gave up).
I'm planning on joining a club again in my second year of university because volleyball feels fun again.
Volleyball was my first sports where i actually stayed interested in and spend time in.
I only practiced pliometrics for a few weeks, and i'd like to do some more plios if i could but i don't have anywhere with a high ceiling in my house lmao!
From my own analysis, I think my first step is a bit too big and my penultimate step isn't bringing myself down enough.
