Hi, I don't have access to the bowlroll download page, so i downloaded the file off of archive.org The resampler isn't appearing in my OpenUTAU program, or working though? I've dragged it into the program itself, like you would do with a voicebank, and it didn't show up. I've put it into the Resampler folder, then the WavTool folder too, and that didn't work either. (I've already looked it up on the internet before and went on GitHub too.) I'm on WINDOWS by the way.
