Excited to do the W Trek with a friend this fall (mid-Oct). A little overwhelmed navigating all the options the internet has to offer... looking for advice from your personal experience, seeking :

Travel planner for self-guided tour
To plan lodging (refugios) and food (if that's planned separately?)
To help with getting to/from the trail
A locally-based company with good communication

A little bit about us :

Two female, experienced hikers (US-based)
Have all our own gear
Committed to Mid-Oct (not flexible)
